NTR Partners III LLC is a privately held company based in Los Angeles, CA and focused on the petroleum refining & marketing business in the United States. Our team consists of individuals with extensive experience in sourcing, acquiring, operating and enhancing the value of downstream energy assets. We have substantial experience operating in the United States, particularly in the West and Midwest regions, and a history of successful acquisitions. Our investment philosophy centers on identifying appropriate entry points to acquire attractively priced refining assets that would benefit from enhanced management focus as well as potential shifts in regional economic fundamentals and market dynamics. We have committed equity capital from well-known institutional investors, as well as the management team, to pursue attractive investments irrespective of their scale.

Our executive leadership is well versed in these principles and has many years of operating experience in the refining business.
We believe that plant reliability and safe operations are closely linked. They should be well managed by focusing on process safety, planning, training, and consistent capital expenditures. Our goal is to be a reliable operator and valuable business partner to our suppliers and customers. Further, we recognize that we operate in a highly regulated environment with high expectations from our local community.
